，为胜利油田胜兴集团的母公司。1994年11月18日成立，注册资本5150万元。2000年，胜兴公司向山东省外经委申报出口贸易进出口权，使胜兴公司在国际市场上占有了一席之地。2000年10月25日，取得法国BVQI认证公司的ISO9002质量体系认证证书。2004年1月6日取得中国船级社质量认证公司GB/T19001－2000质量管理体系认证证书，并与青岛理工大学（原青岛建筑工程学院）建立了企校合作关系。

公司直属项目：
胜兴坨二轻烃项目。1993年，轻烃装置建成投产，主要产品是轻质油、液化气。坨二站装置通过东营市安全生产监督管理局及东营市环境保护局检查认可，并获得山东省安全生产许可证。
胜兴注汽项目。拥有固定资产3600万元，具有特种工种操作证。湿蒸汽发生器主要应用于油田稠及超特稠油的开采，使稠油开采的核心设备。目前拥有湿蒸汽发生器4台，其中注汽排量为9.2t/h的3台，注汽排量为11.2
t/h的1台，工作压力均为21Mpa,核定整齐温度为375℃，可承揽稠油井开发作业及后续作业的注汽施工。4台湿蒸汽发生器均为活动式，附属设备齐全，职工具备丰富的设备搬迁转移经验，在恶劣的环境下也能保质保量的完成施工。
胜兴注氮项目。有制氮注氮设备1套，可提供排量1200Nm3/h、压力35Mpa、纯度95％－99.9％氮气，也可提供排量2500Nm3/h、压力2.4Mpa的空气，可用于钻井、压洗井、压裂、酸化、堵水、调剖、氮气泡沫驱等施工。

ShengLi Oil Field ShengXing Group Limited Corporation
ShengXing Group Co. was founded in 1994. It’s the parent corporation of ShengXing Group. The registered capital is up to RMB 51.5million, while the amount of the total assets is RMB 350.31 million. We got the authority of import and export in 2000, which made it become possible to enter the international market. In the same year, we got the ISO9002 quality management system certificate by BVQI. And in 2004, we got the certificate of GB/T19001-2000, idt ISO9001-2000 by????? CCS (China Classification Society). To improve the technical level, we began to cooperate with some universities such as QingDao Science and Engineering University.

Introduction of subsidiary enterprises
- Tuo’Er Light Hydrocarbon Plant
The main products of this plant are hydrocarbon mixture of oilfield and condensate oil. This unit has passed the supervision of the Production Safety Supervision Bureau and the Environmental Protection Bureau of DongYing City. And we’ve got the safety certificate issued by the relative office of ShanDong Province.
- ShengXing Steam Injection plant
The amount of the total assets is about RMB 36millions. All of our workers are qualified for operation of special equipments. There are 4 sets of steam generators which are special for the producing of thick oil and ultra-thick oil, and are the core facilities in this field. Three of these units have the capability of 9.2t/h each. The other one is 11.2t/h. The working pressure is 21Mpa, while the temperature is 375℃. We are capable to contract for steam injection operations for thick oil developing projects and the subsequent jobs for any oil field.
- ShengXing Nitrogen Injection plant
We have one set of Nitrogen producing and injection unit, which is capable of providing 1200 Nm3/h of 35MPa nitrogen with the grade of purity about 95% to 99.9%, and 2500 Nm3/h of 2.4MPa air for drilling, well killing and washing, fracturing, acidizing, water plugging, profile controlling, nitrogen foam flooding, etc.
